SHOP POLICIES
ORDERS: Wallpaper orders are produced for each individual client. Everything on this site is custom, please note that orders take approximately 2-4 weeks to go through production and ship.
All wallpaper samples are in stock unless specified. Samples in stock will be shipped within 3 business days.
CUSTOM ORDERS: Custom scale and colors are available. Additional fee will apply to all custom orders including samples. Scale increases or decreases do not apply to extra fee. For more information please contact ashleylasseignedesign@gmail.com
SHIPPING: All orders are shipped ground. If you would like to expedite your shipping or ship items internationally, please contact ashleylasseignedesign@gmail.com for a quote.
RETURNS: No returns accepted on wallpaper. Samples of wallpapers are available in order to test color and quality in your space before placing full order. All rolls and samples are inspected prior to shipment
INSTALLATION: All papers are pre-pasted and removable. Adhesive on paper activates with water. To receive installation instructions, please email ashleylasseignedesign@gmail.com
DESIGNER ACCOUNTS: Designer accounts are available. To set up your designer account, please email your resale certificate and business card to ashleylasseignedesign@gmail.com
